Shipping Policy
All items in the shop are ready to ship unless stated otherwise.
Shipment days are 3 times a week - Monday, Wednesday and Friday,
UK shipment - All parcels have a free UK Shipping with Royal Mail Second Class Estimate delivery time 2-7 days, unless the item is stated Made to Order, please allow 10 working days to make and ship out.
Rest of the World - All Parcels have a flat rate with Royal Mail International Signed £15 with the an additional £1 for each extra item.

Refunds and Damages
We can not accept refunds at this current stage.
DAMAGED PACKAGES: We will happily exchange items please contact me at sarma@sarmaworks.co.uk 48 hoursof receipt of item to request a replacement Before contacting us, please note the following:
- If your item arrived damaged, please send an image when you contact us.
- Please take care when mailing any items back to us. We cannot be responsible for any damage which occurs during transit due to improper or insufficient packaging.
